A hillside project always presents a unique set of challenges. Here, after grading the site, a series of retaining walls was constructed to stabilize the slope. Then a tournament-grade clay tennis court, including lighting, was constructed. Finally a new two-level viewing and entertainment pavilion, including subterranean parking, was built adjacent to the court. The pavilion includes state-of-the-art media equipment and new appliances.
