Century City
Scope: Total interior renovation. 2600 sq feet

Interior Designer: Beth Spivak

What was once a dark, dated condominium has been given an extreme make-over to become a sophisticated and elegant urban residence. In order to make better use of the available square footage, an unnecessary hallway with several clumsy doorways was reconfigured in order to enlarge the master bath and dual closets; and a new double-door entrance into the master suite was created at one end of the living room. Ceilings were raised to ten feet throughout the home. The extensive renovation required the removal of all existing finishes down to the framing.
